We believe true engineering sovereignty means you own your machine completely. Unlike international manufacturers with locked proprietary cloud apps and DRM chips, all Jiddat3D software configurations, Klipper profiles, Marlin firmware, slicer presets, and CAD models are publicly available. Every motor, belt, and sensor adheres to open industrial standards easily sourced in Pakistani electronics markets. You will never be locked out.
⚠️ Claim Clauses, Consumable Parts & Exclusions
Under our formal warranty claim procedure, machines are inspected on our Karachi lab bench. Certain items naturally wear with friction and heat:
- • Brass Nozzles: High-wear consumable; covered against manufacturing defect for the first 30 days. Replacement 0.4mm nozzles cost Rs 650.
- • PEI Build Plates: Covered against factory delamination. Scratches or gouges from metal scraping tools are excluded.
- • Grid Voltage Spikes: High-voltage spikes from bad ungrounded household wiring are excluded. We strongly advise operating on a 600VA Pure Sine Wave UPS.
- • Prepaid Orders: All customized machine builds are 100% prepaid before bench assembly and testing.
Quick Troubleshooting Library
First Layer Not Sticking to Bed?
Over 90% of adhesion issues are caused by finger oils on the build plate. Wash the PEI plate in a sink with warm water and normal dish soap (e.g. Lemon Max). Dry with a clean paper towel. Do not touch the surface with bare fingers.
Clogged Nozzle or Clicking Extruder?
Heat your nozzle to 250°C. Use the thin acupuncture needle included in your tool kit to gently push upward into the nozzle orifice. Manually feed a short piece of PLA until plastic extrudes straight down.
Resuming After Load-Shedding?
When electricity returns, turn on the printer switch. The screen will prompt: "Resume interrupted print?" Clean any stray drip of plastic off the nozzle before tapping Resume so it doesn't knock the object.
Stringing and Cobwebs on PETG?
In humid coastal cities like Karachi, filament absorbs moisture from sea air. Dry your spool in a filament drybox or set your heated bed to 55°C with a cardboard box over the spool for 4 hours.
Legal Compliance & Responsible Use Policy
Importation: 3D printers are regulated items in Pakistan under Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and the Ministry of Interior. Jiddat3D operates in full compliance with import declaration and customs clearance standards. Official import declaration papers are available for university audit and institutional tenders upon request.
Weapons Prohibition: Jiddat3D strictly prohibits the design, reproduction, or printing of firearms, weapon components, or hazardous items. We reserve the right to immediately decline any print service or support request that violates this policy.
